There are also 2 large bedrooms on the north side. A staircase leads to the basement where we joined a fart fitted with 2 beds floors, and a bedroom. A shower room is also on this floor. 

Particular case, this apartment has two own access. One from the common stairs, the other by the outside through the large common ski room.
